LIQUID WATERPROOFING FLAT ROOF PROJECT, MAYFAIR
Reinforced Waterproofing liquid System was successfully installed to over 50sqm of failed asphalt at home for our client. The client had been left with a asphalt roofing system that had surpassed its lifespan. The roof had numerous cracks and penetrations through the membrane. The benefit of the waterproofing system is its speed and robustness that it is ideal for awkward and complex detailing in any chosen colour.
Lws cleaned and prepared the existing asphalt Substrate, then applied a carrier membrane perfect for a smooth finish. Once carrier membrane had been installed reinforced waterproofing liquid was applied directly to the membrane, with premium matted fleece embedded into the liquid. A UV stable sealer coat is then applied over the liquid giving it a fresh finish, also available in many RAL colours.
