FLAT ROOFING PROJECT, KENSINGTON, LONDON
LWS were the chosen contractor to carry out the works on this brand new roof.
Beginning with VCL/CAPPING sheet over the newly installed ply to create a smooth surface for installation of PMMA.
Once prepared trims are then fitted to outer curbs of the roof for rain water to escape the into edge gutters.
LWS then began to lay reinforced liquid membrane to all flat and uprights. A premium matted fleece is embedded into the coating to help with thermal movement and give an unprecedented strength to the liquid system.
A sealer coat is then applied over the top of the waterproofing system available in any chosen RAL colour. The client this time opted for the highly popular Dark Grey, giving his roof a very nice finish, fitting in with surrounding areas.
